This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provides important information regarding Koalapak (“Koalapak Apps & Games”, “we,” “us”, “our” or “Company”) in respect to user information collected through our mobile applications and the use of the information. You provide consent to this Policy when you access and use Koalapak applications (“Products”) and other related services (“Services”) and agree to the terms & conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy, including to the collection and processing of information about you in accordance with the purposes listed below.

We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time, so please do check it periodically.

Information Collection and Use

In order for you to be able to use our Apps and or Games, we need to collect some information.

Non-personal  Information

We collect anonymous, non-personal information, such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, your browser’s language, your web request and the date and time of your request. Such information does not identify you individually. Non-personal information can be used, for example, in marketing, auditing, enhancing the User’s experience on the Service, including the ability to communicate with Users through an internal notification mechanism that maybe incorporated in the Service, to provide or to improve our services & also to develop new services & learn about the preferences of Users and general trends on the Service through the study of aggregated data and statistics.

Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information that may directly identify you. When you use the application, we do not ask you to provide any personal information. We use third party tools to collect analytics information about your use of the Application. We use Google analytics to collect analytic information about your use of the Application. This analytics tool collects your IP address, type of device, language use, your session duration, content you accessed on the Application, user interface clicks, frequency and scope of use of the Application.

Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data that we ourselves can attribute to any specific user. We only keep aggregated analytic information that cannot be attributed to a specific user. We may ask you to provide personal information, such as your email address. We use this personal information to communicate with you, to inform and make contact with you. The information may also be used in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding unauthorised use of the services. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.

In-app Purchases

Most of our games offer in-app purchases. Examples of in-app purchases are items you can purchase (for real or in-game currency) or other additional features. If you don't want to make in-app purchases, don't use these paid-for options and consider disabling in-app purchases on your device.

Direct  Marketing  &  Advertising 

We  accept  advertisements  from  third  party  advertisers on our apps and games.  These  advertisers  are carefully  selected  to  provide  information  about  products  and  services  that  we  think  may  be  of interest  to you  our  Users. The advertisers may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customise content and advertising in applications. Interest and location data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your identity.

We  recommend  that  you  review  the  terms  of  use  and  privacy  policy  for  any  advertiser  with  which  you  are  interacting  before  doing  so.  Their  privacy  policy,  not  ours,  will  apply  to  any  of  those  interactions.
 

Direct  Marketing:  You  hereby  agree  that  we  may  send  you  notifications  for  the  purpose  of  informing  you  regarding  products  and  services  (offered  by  Us  and/or  by  third  parties)  which  may  interest  you  and  to  send  to  you  advertisements  and  other  marketing  material,  transmitted  to  you  through  the  Service  using  an  internal  notifications  mechanism  incorporated  in  the  Service,  or  incorporated  in  our  Newsletter  sent  to  your  email  per  your  request.  You  may  remove  your  email  address  from  mailing  list  at  any  time  by  clicking  the  remove  option  incorporated  in  the  emails  sent  to  you.

Third Party Services

When you use our Services, you might also use third party services, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Play Services and Game Center. We do not control how they interact with you and you should ensure that you consent to the terms of use and privacy policies offered by the third party services before providing them with your information.

You acknowledge that we are not liable when third party services use information you provide to them. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We will not share your information with third parties, except in the events listed below or when you provide us your explicit and informed consent.

Third Party Websites And Links
We may provide links to our website or third-party websites. Our Privacy Policy will have no effect on any third-party websites’ privacy policy or their usage of personal information collected. Our Privacy Policy as expressed herein does not apply to other parties, and we do not dictate the collection or usage of information by them.

Mobile Analytics

We may use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you or may submit within the mobile application.

Our services may contain third party tracking tools from our service providers, examples of which include Google Analytics and Google Play Developer. Such third parties may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in our services to enable them to collect and analyse user information on our behalf. The third parties may have access to information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), geo-location information, and IP address for the purpose of providing their services under their respective privacy policies. 

Our privacy policy does not cover the use of tracking tools from third parties. We do not have access or control over these third parties.

Children’s Privacy
We do not collect or require users to enter their personal information when using our Products. We do not knowingly contact or collect information from children under 13 without the permission of their parent/guardians. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent or believe that we have inadvertently collected such information he or she should contact us.

We may collect Non-personal Information, such as a device ID or other persistent identifier linked to the device or computer, which may be used by a child to play our Games or use our Apps. The data collected will be anonymous and not tied to any Personal Information. In addition, this data will be used solely for internal purposes such as personalisation of content, security, and contextual (not behavioural) advertising.

You should also familiarise yourself with this privacy policy, as by permitting your child to use our Services you consent to this privacy policy on their behalf. If you don't agree, please do not permit your child to use our Services. If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age and you believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at info@koalapak.com. If you are between the age of 13 & 18, please obtain your parents' permission prior to registering with our Platform or providing us with any Personal Information.

Cookies

We use various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored on your computer's hard drive or in device memory that help us to improve our Services and your experience and see which areas and features of our Services are popular. We may also collect information using web beacons. Additional Information For Users In The EU:

Koalapak is the data controller of the Analytics Information we process about you. The legal basis under EU law for processing Analytics Information for developing and improving the Application is our legitimate interests in understanding how users use the Application and making business decisions on further development of the Application.

The Analytics Information we collect will be processed in the United Kingdom, which is recognised by the European Commission as having adequate protection for personal data. If we transfer your Analytics Information from the EU to other jurisdictions, we will do so by using adequate safeguards determined by the EU Commission. The GDPR gives data subject certain rights, to access, update or delete their information, obtain a copy of their information, withdraw consent and object or restrict data processing. However, since we only process aggregated Analytics information that cannot be attributed to a specific user, these rights do not apply to you in your use of the Application.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in the EU, then according to Article 77 of the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, in particular, in the Member State of your residence, place of work or of an alleged infringement of the GDPR. Our apps and or games may contain Adverts from Ad networks/Ad Mediation networks/AD agencies (Advertisers) and codes from Analytic tools company and may contain codes for profiling the device on media consumption and other device data and utilising the same to target relevant content and ads to the device. To comply with the European Union GDPR guidelines and pursuant to our agreement with the Advertisers and Analytics Tool Companies, we are hereby including Privacy Policy Links of such companies.

Storage of Information

We will store your information for as long as necessary in order to provide you with the App or Game.
 

Protection Of Information

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission of data over the internet or any wireless network, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us or from us, and you do this at your own risk.

When we use third parties to assist us in processing your Personal Information or Credit card information, we take reasonable steps to require that they comply with this Privacy policy. If there occurs any breach of security involving your credit card information from our Website/Apps/Games, we will inform you immediately and take commercially reasonable steps to rectify such breach.

The Right to Opt-Out

Subject to limitations in applicable law, you are entitled to object to or request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data, and to request access to, rectification, erasure and portability of your own Personal Data. Where the use of your information is based on consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

In addition to the general limitations in the above terms, we will not be liable to you or any other third party for any damages suffered by you or any other third party howsoever arising from the disclosure of your Personal Information. Your only remedy under such circumstances will be to end this agreement.

By accessing and/or using any of our services or products, you signify your understanding of the agreement with this Privacy Policy, and to our Terms of use. If you do not agree with our policies, please do not access or use any of our products, services or related subjects.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may change or update this Privacy Policy from time to time  and we reserve  the  right  to  change  it  at  any  time. Any amended policy will be posted here on our website, on this page, without directly informing our users. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

We reserve all rights and interpretation to the Policy and its amendments.
